We try to make placing orders with us very easy. As some trade customers have credit accounts with us we do not take payment via this website. Orders can be placed via this website, by phone 01686 629919 or email sales@milfordcollection.com
Trade customers with credit accounts will receive an order confirmation and dispatch date by email shortly after placing an order. An invoice will be issued when the order is dispatched and our payment terms are 30 days from invoice date unless agreed separately in advance.
Trade customers without credit accounts will receive an order confirmation and dispatch date within 1 working day of placing an order online, and will receive a proforma invoice within 2 working days of placing an order. For UK customers payment can be made by BACS, credit or debit card. For overseas customers payment can be made by bank transfer, credit or debit card. Once payment has been received and cleared your order will be processed for production.
