Placing an Order

Orders can be placed via website, by phone, email or fax

We try to make placing orders with us very easy. As some trade customers have credit accounts with us we do not take payment via this website. Orders can be placed via this website, by phone, fax or email sales@animoglass.co.uk

Trade customers with credit accounts will recieve an order confirmation and dispatch date by email shortly after placing an order online, or by fax. An invoice will be issued when the order is dispatched and our payment terms are 30 days from invoice date unless agreed separately in advance.

Trade customers without credit accounts will recieve and order confirmation and dispatch date within 1 working day of placing an order online or by fax, and will recieve a proforma invoice within 2 working days of placing an order. For UK customers payment can be made by BACS, credit or debit card, Paypal or cheque. For overseas customers payment can be made by bank transfer, credit or debit card, or Paypal. Once payment has been received and cleared your order will be processed for production.

Packaging and Delivery

We have been shipping glassware across the globe for 40 years and take packaging of our precious products very seriously!

Unless stated otherwise in the product description our glassware is tissue or bubble wrapped and packed into an individual cardboard carton.

For smaller orders the cartons are packed into sturdy double wall cardboard shipping cartons and supported with recyclable chips or paper to provide additional protection. These cartons are shipped with FedEx to UK Mainland and most EU destinations. For all other destinations we will use the most cost effective tracked service.

Larger orders are packed into sturdy double wall cardboard shipping cartons and delivered on pallets.
